Responsibilities
Support the smooth running of test equipment and software. Maintenance of laboratory and test equipment; Execution of test suites
Identify and investigate anomalies and implement corrective measures; Participate in the maintenance and evolution of automated test tools and scripts; Participate in the development of testing and validation procedures
Update documentation related to testing and troubleshooting; Write test and compliance reports
Work closely with different multidisciplinary teams within the company
Develop and implement test cases and designs for testing (DFT)
Review test solutions with development engineers
Participate in the test automation tool selection process
Qualification
Required
Software development skills
Get to know NI TestStand
Programming experience in Python, C, C++, Java and SQL
Good understanding of the TCP/IP protocol an asset
Must have a good understanding of software processes, design and testing methods
Strong ability to identify problems, diagnose and propose or make necessary corrections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially technical report writing
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent training
Preferred
Experience in the field of PCBs is an asset
Knowledge of radio frequencies would be an asset
