Responsibilities
Large Scale Agile Framework
Strongly Desired Expert level experience in managing the project's scope and timelines
Understand the technical context, architecture, and product roadmap to effectively support the engineering team
Help the team adopt engineering best practices: DevOps pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, etc
Partner with Technical Leads to ensure sprint goals align with technical feasibility
Ensuring sprints coordination, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Mentoring team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Experience working with software engineering teams (web, mobile, cloud, API, microservices, etc.)
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders
Experienced in monitoring progress and matrices
Good knowledge of Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar
Behaviour skills In-depth knowledge of scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, artifacts and principles
Possesses product and industry knowledge
Effective communitation (Active listening /Oral/Written communication)
Embracing agile methodology
