Responsibilities
Manage one or more cross-functional IT projects of medium to high complexity from inception to closure
Partner with business stakeholders to define, manage, and uphold project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Apply project management best practices to guide project execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget; proactively forecast and communicate financial variances
Facilitate project governance through regular status meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and executive reporting
Organize and lead project status updates, presentations, workshops, and training sessions
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Screen projects for risks, actions, decisions, financial viability, and opportunities for sustainable improvement
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across functional workstreams and geographies
Lead projects involving multiple vendors and system integrators; ensure alignment to SOWs, timelines, deliverables, and invoicing
Work with finance and procurement partners to validate budgets, forecasts, accruals, and reclassifications
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and cost in alignment with the triple constraints
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent, and transparent communication
Promote and enforce sound project management practices across project teams
Lead strategic meetings, document outcomes, and distribute meeting minutes
Encourage proactive escalation and follow established escalation and change control processes
Serve as a role model for collaboration, professionalism, and accountability across project teams
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience managing multiple IT projects, including software, hardware, and/or ERP initiatives
Proven experience leading enterprise software releases, ERP implementations, or business process re-engineering projects
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated success coordinating projects with shared responsibility across multiple vendors or system integrators
Experience working in an IT PMO or enterprise IT environment
