Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces

Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation

Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!

Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry

Availability to work afternoons and weekends

Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday

Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities

Preferred

Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without

Benefits

Sign On Bonus: Up to $3000

Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr

Top reps earn $80k+/yr
