Crossover is seeking a visionary leader to join Alpha in transforming the future of education. The Educational Consultant will develop and train a team of Guides, author playbooks, and mentor students, all while maintaining high standards for educational quality and engagement.

Responsibilities

Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Authoring Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that elevates student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
