Client Services Executive - Corporate
Partnership Employment is seeking a Client Services Executive - Corporate to handle various legal and business document tasks. The role includes managing filings, supporting attorneys in operational tasks, and overseeing logistics for meetings and travel.
Responsibilities
Handle the creation, refinement, and production of legal and business documents, including formatting, revising, transcribing, and incorporating data visualizations or graphical elements, while sourcing materials from internal document management platforms and supporting matter preparation
Manage the electronic delivery of filings and correspondence to courts, agencies, and external parties by preparing submissions in line with applicable procedural requirements, generating service confirmations, assembling courtesy copies, and closely monitoring all filing deadlines
Act as an operational extension of assigned attorneys by reviewing and prioritizing incoming materials, performing factual checks and basic research, preparing routine correspondence and documentation, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, and supporting the production of visual aids, expense documentation, and other administrative deliverables under time-sensitive conditions
Oversee scheduling logistics for attorneys, including coordinating domestic and international travel, depositions, hearings, and virtual or in-person meetings across multiple time zones
Build and maintain organized electronic and physical records to ensure efficient retrieval of historical matter information and documentation
Administer and upkeep the firm’s document management systems and archival processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal recordkeeping standards
Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference spaces and arranging required technology support such as videoconferencing platforms
Serve as a liaison on behalf of attorneys by obtaining information, tracking delegated tasks, exercising judgment on routine matters, and escalating issues when legal input is required
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating, refining, and producing legal and business documents
Proficiency in formatting, revising, transcribing, and incorporating data visualizations or graphical elements
Ability to manage electronic delivery of filings and correspondence to courts, agencies, and external parties
Knowledge of applicable procedural requirements for submissions
Experience in reviewing and prioritizing incoming materials
Ability to perform factual checks and basic research
Experience in preparing routine correspondence and documentation
Skills in coordinating communications and organizing meetings
Ability to support the production of visual aids and expense documentation under time-sensitive conditions
Experience in scheduling logistics for attorneys, including coordinating travel, depositions, hearings, and meetings
Ability to build and maintain organized electronic and physical records
Experience in administering and upkeeping document management systems and archival processes
Knowledge of internal recordkeeping standards
Skills in coordinating meeting logistics and arranging technology support
