Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the Stifel business & data models and use that knowledge to optimize the relationship between the company and the customer
Field inbound requests from business users and product management and refine requirements until a full understanding is reached on the process being analyzed
Perform limited due diligence to ensure quality and accuracy
Work according to standards and practices set by Product Management or senior team members
Gain an understanding of company applications and business practices in the context of how they affect the customer and the business process
Research best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the business areas as identified
Qualification
Required
Develop an understanding of the Stifel business & data models and use that knowledge to optimize the relationship between the company and the customer

Basic understanding of financial industry terminology and concepts
Ability to take a problem and research it from beginning to end creating detailed documentation
Strong analytical skills focused on using logic, reasoning, and data to identify complex relationships as well as to research and discuss recommended uses
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business with at least one year of college completed preferred
Experience with office productivity, reporting, and technical documentation software such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Drive applications preferred
Experience with databases and SQL preferred
