Operations Specialist I

Nventric, Inc. is a dynamic, fast-paced small business located in Arcadia, California, seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Specialist I. This role is essential for managing material inventory and inspections, overseeing documentation, and coordinating with engineers and vendors to ensure smooth operational activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and distribute inventory of materials, components, assemblies, and other related controlled products to be issued to engineers, operators, customers, etc
Draft and approve LHR build requests with engineers, operators, and other initiators ensuring proper control of material inventory during production windows
Oversee and control the material flow both in and out of the cleanroom to maintain traceability and communication during process workflows
Coordinate and perform inspection activities from filling out forms, inspecting components based on technical drawings, to recording data
Address and collaborate across departments to address ongoing issues concerning the operations workflow, material flow, and any other areas requiring maintenance & monitoring (e.g. equipment, human resources, material defects, outages, etc.)
Maintain communication with vendors and place orders for materials, parts, components, etc. that engineers may require
Aid Engineers in day-to-day activities as required

Required

High School Diploma
Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
Comfortable with handling small complex materials
Proficient with inventory management software/systems
Ability to follow directions with the willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly motivated
Able to work well in teams and independently

Preferred

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment, preferably in the medical device industry
Experience working in a cleanroom
Experience working in a small business or fast-paced environment
Exposure to use of common testing equipment
