Operations Intern
Troon is a company focused on providing operational support in the sports industry, and they are seeking an Operations Intern to assist with daily operational planning and execution. This role is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and event management.

Responsibilities
Assist with operational planning, scheduling and on-site coordination
Support event operations, including set-up, staffing check-in, credentialing and equipment organization
Collect, track, and analyze data related to attendance, staffing, logistics and post-event performance
Update and maintain documentation, process guides and internal reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Assist with inventory management and distribution of supplies or materials
Help troubleshoot operational issues and contribute ideas to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Business, Operations, Communications, Sports Management, or related fields preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or event days
