Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and configuring custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and performance
Overseeing and supporting the other team developers
Reviewing solutions for feasibility
Assisting with story point assignments, defect management, and escalations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role including proficiency in Apex, LWC components, Flows, and Configurations
Current Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Admin
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Certification: Salesforce Admin is a must, Salesforce Service/Sales cloud is a must, PD1 and PD2 are recommended, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator is a must
Strong communication skills are required
Due to client restrictions, this role will require US Citizenship
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
