Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal experience in a law firm with litigation procedure knowledge
Proficiency in court filings; experience filing in several states would be preferred but not required
Experience in maintaining multiple calendars, court deadlines in Law Toolbox or similar software, coordinating meetings, and handling email correspondence with proactive follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Net Documents and Centerbase or similar software to ensure accurate filing, data entry, and retrieval
Excellent writing skills to draft legal documents, memos, and correspondence
Strong interpersonal skills combined with professional phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and legal vendors
