Responsibilities
Provide customer service via all communication channels (written and verbal) addressing customer requests or inquiries concerning services, water quality and billing concerns
Schedule field representatives for service calls, including turning off/on services, and respond to water quality and service disruptions
Organize and schedule service delivery, billing, and collections
Document work orders, respond to customer emails and update customer accounts
Perform tasks associated with the daily, monthly, and all associated reports to ensure accurate accounting of operational activity
Provide customers with information regarding Company programs and services
Communicate with outside agencies and departments for service efforts
Communicate between regional customer support center and local districts
Process customer service paperwork as necessary
Qualification
Required
An Associate Customer Service Representative must be able to communicate effectively with their supervisor, co-workers and the public
Have the ability to perform basic mathematic functions, calculate figures, and reconcile account information
Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
An Associate Customer Service Representative must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong reading and writing skills are required
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Clerical experience is required
An Associate Customer Service Representative must be able to effectively communicate billing protocols procedures, special programs and general field service delivery protocols
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize assignments and work in order of urgency and sensitivity
