Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, collaborating directly with client stakeholders to deliver exceptional CRM solutions
Orchestrate distributed development teams across global locations using an effective onsite-offshore engagement model
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between client needs and technical implementation
Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, scope definitions, and implementation roadmaps
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with demonstrated Salesforce expertise
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, particularly Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud implementations
Proven track record managing software development projects with distributed teams across multiple global locations
Expert-level knowledge of CRM sales and customer service functionality, including integrations with external systems
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working in cross-functional teams comprising both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Salesforce certification (Admin, Developer, or Project Manager) (Optional)
