Responsibilities
Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
Work on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)
Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC
Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making
Plan, Participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities
Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs
Demonstrate analytic and presentation skills
Proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight
Extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
Experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices
Experience with large-scale development and test programs
Risk analysis and cost estimating experience
Must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position
Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF)
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences
Preferred
Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirable
