Responsibilities

Review and complete job evaluation requests as assigned to ensure market competitiveness
Assist with the annual merit and corporate bonus cycle in Oracle Workforce Compensation, including system testing and administration while the cycle is live
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and creation of job codes in the Oracle Cloud system
Conduct audits of compensation data in Oracle and partner with the HRIS and Team Member Services teams on updates as necessary
Participate in the completion of annual compensation salary surveys
Completion of monthly MarketPay data loads and data audits
Maintain pricings within MarketPay as assigned and develop reporting
Complete quarterly update testing in Oracle (Workforce structures and Workforce Compensation RPA)
Assist in maintaining the Compensation SharePoint site and work on enhancements as needed
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation of Compensation processes and procedures
Assist with ad hoc Compensation and Oracle related projects and other duties as assigned

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures

Qualification

BA/BS DegreeMicrosoft ExcelCCP CertificationAnalytical ThinkingOrganizational SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience (2+ preferred)
CCP preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
Organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and complete them within deadlines
Ability to think analytically with a strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with internal team members and partners
Maintain a positive outlook and willingness to pivot quickly to other job duties that may arise
