Real Estate MBA Intern

They are seeking talented Real Estate MBA Interns to join their Pacific Life Investments team, where interns will gain hands-on experience in real estate portfolio management, mortgage originations, and equity investments.

Responsibilities
Perform research, analytical, and underwriting duties
Provide written and verbal presentations to a variety of team members
Attend all investment committee meetings
Participate in tailored training sessions
Be paired with both an Associate and Executive mentor
Qualification
Required
Currently in first year of a Master's degree in Real Estate or MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate
Exceptional math and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience in drafting and use of financial formulas in complex financial spreadsheets
Proficiency in software applications for real estate investment analysis including Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise, and the ability to quickly learn new program applications
Preferred
Work experience in evaluation and underwriting of investment risks associated with commercial real estate is desirable
