Responsibilities
Work with the AVP of Investment Banking on several transactions
Develop and refine financial models to assess business performance, capital alternatives, and transaction outcomes under various scenarios
Assist in the evaluation and structuring of financing solutions, including debt, equity, and blended capital strategies aligned with client objectives
Support merger and acquisition (M&A) engagements through market research, financial analysis, buyer/investor outreach preparation, and diligence coordination
Create high-quality transactional pitch materials such as teasers, presentations, and offering documents that clearly articulate investment merit
Partner with internal advisory teams (e.g., accounting, tax, strategy, and wealth advisory) to deliver coordinated solutions for clients
Prepare internal analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for deal teams and firm leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
2+ years of investment banking or private equity industry experience is needed
Strong knowledge of discounted cash flow (DCF) and modeling
Preferred
Master's, Executive MBA or MBA is a plus
Prior experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is a huge plus
