Qualification
Required
Ability to work full‑time on‑site during the initial training period, followed by a hybrid work arrangement
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7 service model, including nights and weekends
Preferred
Prior customer service experience
Experience cultivating and maintaining client relationships
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and business needs
Strong desire to learn about financial concepts, investment products, and the securities industry
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
Motivation to understand core topics such as equities, options, and mutual fund transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively
