Reviews, evaluates and provides technical guidance for the approval of personnel, position actions and benefits documents
Makes recommendations regarding routine actions and seeks guidance for more complicated or complex actions
Maintain payroll records, provides technical assistance in routine payroll activities in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines
Learns to process more complicated payroll issues such as tax and retirement arrears, and manual adjustments
Ensures timesheets are accurate to produce payroll
Provides assistance with health insurance and qualifying event matters
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
Two years of professional experience in human resource administration
