Responsibilities
Leads team to deliver strong creative that is strategically sound
Consistently delivers work across multiple channels and lines of business
Demonstrates ability to set a clear vision for the team and to improve creative ideas
Leverages knowledge of the business to offer solutions to the team
Addresses potential challenges while adjusting team priorities and processes accordingly
Utilizes knowledge of our business to proactively offer innovative solutions to challenges

Qualification
Required
Degree in related field
6-10+ years of experience with ad agencies or in-house creative teams
Strong overall creative direction
Experience leading brands, projects, and creative teams
Portfolio with highly creative campaigns and versatility across all media
Conversant in industry trends and current technology
Fluent with integrating data and analytics into creative ideas and execution
