Responsibilities
Work side by side with leaders to understand workforce needs, support hiring decisions, and guide the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through transitions
Coach leaders and employees on performance expectations, feedback conversations, and performance improvement when needed
Handle employee relations matters with care and professionalism, conducting investigations, gathering facts, and helping leaders reach fair, well-reasoned outcomes
Provide practical guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices so leaders feel confident making sound, compliant decisions
Partner with leaders on more complex people challenges, using insight, data, and judgment to influence outcomes across teams and locations
Lead or contribute to HR projects, balancing multiple priorities while keeping HR leadership informed and aligned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least three years of progressive human resources experience
A solid foundation in core HR practices such as staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to coach, advise, and influence leaders and employees
Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools and Human Capital Management systems
Preferred
Professional HR certification
Experience working in Workday
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex or sensitive employee situations with sound judgment and discretion
