Site Manager

Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervision
Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain communication with client representatives and building management
Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring
Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings
Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards
Qualification
Required
Corporate security or management experience required
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes
Must have NYPD experience
Preferred
Prior NYPD or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
