Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications that support complex financial workflows
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
Optimize performance and scalability of web applications and backend services
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and improve engineering best practices
Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer in production environments
Strong knowledge of modern web technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js
Experience with databases and cloud infrastructure: MongoDB, BigQuery, GCP
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, distributed team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality code
Preferred
Experience in AI, financial software, or SaaS platforms is a plus
