Responsibilities
Develop eLearning courses, including audio, video, simulation, etc.- 25%
Develop just-in-time training solutions: visual training aids, user guides, software/hardware manuals, microlearning videos- 25%
Develop instructor-led training resources: instructor guides, participant workbooks and presentations- 25%
Assist with photo/video shoots 20%
Develop custom icons, graphics & visual elements- 5%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field -or- Professional Instructional Design Certification
Minimum 1+ years of experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse target audiences, including eLearning, video, and print resources
Expertise with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
Expertise with Adobe suite (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Acrobat DC)
Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (i.e. Word, TEAMS and Excel)
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional subject matter experts
Advanced technical writing skills and general business communication skills (PowerPoint and Email)
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
