Sales Account Manager
Union Square Media is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead buyer relationships for Giraffe, their lead generation platform in the home services space. This role is responsible for managing relationships with lead buyers, focusing on performance, retention, and growth, while collaborating with leadership to shape strategy and standards.
Responsibilities
Own senior-level relationships with home services advertisers purchasing leads through the platform
Act as a strategic partner to buyers, aligning lead flow, pricing, and quality with ROI goals
Manage onboarding, scaling, pacing, caps, and long-term retention
Lead performance reviews focused on CPL efficiency, acceptance rates, and downstream outcomes
Monitor lead quality feedback and collaborate internally to improve routing, delivery, and matching logic
Identify expansion opportunities across new services, geographies, and volume tiers
Serve as the voice of the buyer internally, partnering with operations, tech, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Experience managing direct advertiser or buyer relationships in performance marketing or lead generation
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and performance metrics (CPL, ROI, conversion rates)
Ability to operate strategically while still owning execution and outcomes
Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving, growth environments
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
4–7+ years in performance marketing, lead gen, or advertiser account management
Experience in home services or local high-intent categories (windows, roofing, bath, HVAC, etc.)
Familiarity with platforms like Everflow, CAKE, or similar tracking tools
Experience working with O&O traffic or marketplace-style lead distribution
Preferred
