Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive quality control operations at various manufacturing stages following established protocols and quality management instructions
Perform detailed product inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards
Analyze quality data and identify potential production issues before they impact final products
Implement contingency plans and suggest process improvements based on quality findings
Document and report inspection results while maintaining accurate quality control records
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, troubleshooting & failure analysis of electrical equipment
Proficient in using High Pot test Set, Current Injector, Megger insulation resistance meter, Multi Meter, Relay Test Set, and Corona test Set
Validate and correct existing technical documents, including test procedures
Capable of managing technical tasks with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret schematics
Computer proficient with excellent organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective collaboration
High school diploma or GED required
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is required; safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor
Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift
Requires ability to reach overhead, pull, push, bend, squat, and climb a ladder to perform work
Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds independently and repetitively
