They are seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support the Quality Assurance Team by ensuring service quality and policy compliance, as well as assisting with data analysis and complaint investigations.

Reviewing trip records, verifying service accuracy, organizing case files for management, and helping prepare reports
Monitoring and evaluating paratransit service performance
Assisting with complaint investigations and data analysis
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in Business, Transportation Planning, or other related field
Must demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods
