Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to support both short- and long-term goals
Design and implement talent development programs that enhance leadership capability and professional growth
Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and craft learning strategies that deliver measurable results
Champion a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing across all levels of the organization
Execute core HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and process optimization
Utilize people data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal partners such as Talent Acquisition to ensure a cohesive employee experience

Required

8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within professional services or digital marketing
Proven success in HR business partnering, talent development, and operational HR

Demonstrated ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
