Responsibilities
Administrative tasks such as:
Processing internal paperwork
Processing FedEx outbound shipments
Keep organized sales records, digital and hard copy
Expense coding
Taking sales meeting minutes
Travel and event coordination for sales meetings, training classes, hotel accommodations and various marketing events
Process sales reports and communications on a weekly basis
Manage test kitchen activity and organize customer tours
Manage Outlook calendars and scheduling for various sales functions
Manage department supplies such as business cards, office supplies and presentation materials
Communicates courteously over the phone, in person and in writing with customers, drivers, common carriers, suppliers and other associates
Designs documents
Handles multiple projects and deadlines
Provides administrative support to the Beverage and Chemical Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years' office administration experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
