Responsibilities
Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with next steps
Support referrals, paperwork, and patient records with accuracy and care
Work closely with therapists and teammates to deliver an excellent patient experience
Help keep the front office clean, organized, and patient-ready
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
