Responsibilities
Engrained within the Growth Team on Current High-Impact Forterra Contracted Programs
Support Mission Operations Leads in managing active customer accounts, including tracking contract milestones, deliverables, and execution progress
Assist with planning and coordination related to ongoing customer deployments and contract execution
Help prepare customer-facing materials such as briefs, readouts, presentations, and internal updates
Support planning and execution of key customer engagements and events such as demonstrations at Forterra test sites, program directed testing and operational exercises, end-user trainings, and milestone deliveries
Conduct targeted research to support account growth, expansion opportunities, and follow-on work with existing customers
Coordinate and drive outcomes across the entire organization to include direct work with engineering, product, operations, and growth teams to support mission execution and cross-functional alignment
Participate in internal planning discussions to understand how successful contract execution drives deeper customer relationships and scaled programs
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Hates to lose and badly wants to win - positive customer outcomes are all that matter
A strong interest in defense and dual-use technology, autonomous vehicles, mobility, and technology innovation
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Identifying the key aspects to 'winning' and strategically and creatively solving problems until we get to 'yes'
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
A basic understanding of product development cycles or software tools used in technology companies
Ownership Mentality: You take pride in your work with no job too big or too small for your scope
Unrelenting Urgency: You approach your role with a sense of urgency and love to solve problems quickly and efficiently
