Responsibilities
Analyze range of data processing problems
Understand user requirements and procedures
Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Determine cost, timetable , and compatibility for new systems
Consult with managers to implement new computer systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years Information Systems or relevant functional area
Requires demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment (for assigned applications)
Technical focus of role is the Software suite of applications for HomeCare & Hospice
Understanding post-acute healthcare operations (home health and hospice)
Knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
Ability to evaluate software systems
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Preferred
IT Project management experience preferred
Previous experience in IT, computer science, or other related fields
