Responsibilities

Develop the tools to advance the quality, complexity, and realism of synthetic context for use in Health and Home feature evaluations

Contribute to the development of LLM-based tools for generating simulated users and user conversations

Help define metrics and methods for assessing the quality of synthetic data

Collaborate with partner teams to generate evaluation data for new and existing features

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree

Experience with Python libraries and frameworks with a ML/AI/Data focus

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD with a specialization in Machine Learning

2 years of experience with LLMs or agents
