The Operational Technology (OT) Network Asset Manager is responsible for maintaining inventory, visibility, performance, and security of OT hardware and software systems, working closely with IT Network and IT Security teams to ensure compliance and support operational reliability.

Responsibilities
Assigns and documents device IP addresses, subnetting, and Virtual LAN (VLAN) assignments per Corporate OT Networking Standards
Develops and deploys managed switch configurations to support VLAN segmentation, trunks, and port assignments
Manages asset tracking systems and processes to ensure real-time visibility and lifecycle management
Leads discovery efforts for OT assets, which includes a significant number of legacy devices, via network analysis and physical investigative techniques
Captures and maintains all discovered OT assets within the asset management system
Performs analysis of new equipment to assure all assets are captured within asset management system
Manages secure remote access systems--both network deployment and user management
Manages asset management system data integration with OEM and cybersecurity databases
Manages OT component risk assessments and mitigation plans. Maintains OT asset status dashboards
Collaborates with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure OT assets are secure, patched, and compliant according to internal agreed-upon risk profiles and external standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical area required from an ABET accredited institution
At least 8+ years combined experience with industrial controls and/or industrial networking within a manufacturing industry
Experience with asset management tools or network monitoring tools
