The role involves overseeing quality across various stages of production and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while collaborating with multiple departments to enhance quality and reduce defects.

Responsibilities
Lead site-wide Quality strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and develop QA/QC, laboratory, and quality leadership teams
Establish and enforce quality controls across mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing
Oversee inspections, testing programs, product specifications, and acceptance criteria
Lead investigations, CAPA programs, and root cause analysis using structured methodologies
Support GMP compliance, documentation integrity, batch records, COAs, and audit readiness
Manage supplier qualification, audits, performance tracking, and corrective actions
Serve as the primary Quality contact for customers, audits, and scorecards
Partner with Operations to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and customer complaints
Qualification
Required
7-12+ years of Quality leadership experience in manufacturing environments
Strong experience with QMS, CAPA, audits, batch manufacturing, packaging operations, and SOP systems
Hands-on background in QC testing, lab operations, and regulated or high-volume production
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
Experience in CPG, chemical manufacturing, cosmetics, or household cleaner environments
