Responsibilities
Windows Operating System Support
Office Suite Support
Assists in end-user support activities
Support of Corporate hardware including (Computers/Monitors/Printers/Copiers)
Assists in IT asset inventory and consumables stocking tasks
Assists in preparing computer equipment for new hires and existing employees
Assists in creation and closure of support incidents
Assists in the fulfillment of IT equipment and application requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
