Responsibilities
Craft architecture and technical approaches in the sales process, eliciting insights, demonstrating expertise, cultivating relationships
Provide end-to-end technical leadership and supervision for projects, navigating scope, risks, and 3rd parties to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline; also lead the delivery of technically-focused initial engagements such as code audits and POC phases and identify/integrate nonfunctional requirements into backlog
Provide clarity and vision, identifying technical complexity and analyzing the impact so that you can provide clear direction and recommendations
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design
7+ years of experience with frontend technologies in Javascript (React/Angular/Vue)
7+ years of experience with backend technologies, one of the following: Node.JS, .NET, Java, Python
2+ years of leadership experience in technical teams
Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements
Managing projects effectively, including scope, timelines, resources, and balancing constraints in order to meet timeline and budget requirements
Understanding client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes
Preferred
Hands-on leader who specializes in solution and application architecture
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and the software development lifecycle
Force multiplier interested in client engagements and project discussions
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and industry standards
Grasp the foundational principles of system architecture—from scalability to security to performance optimization and beyond
Persuasive with clients, with compelling, insightful, and impactful presentations
