Responsibilities
Design and own microarchitecture for highly configurable hardware IP
Write production-quality RTL with clear focus on performance, power, and area
Take blocks from concept through implementation and integration
Work closely with software teams on configuration models and tooling
Partner with verification engineers on assertions, test plans, debug, and coverage
Contribute to forward-looking features in fabric, coherency, and low-power design
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hands-on experience in RTL and microarchitecture
Strong SystemVerilog and Verilog skills
Background in complex, high-speed, pipelined designs
Experience with cache coherency, memory subsystems, interconnects, or NoCs
Exposure to ACE, CHI, or similar coherency protocols
Understanding of low-power design methodologies
Comfortable owning IP blocks rather than working only at SoC top level
Preferred
Experience with Python or scripting is helpful but not required
