Responsibilities
Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and testing for CC&B projects
Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications
Perform functional and performance testing of CC&B applications and system integrations
Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements
Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools
Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations
Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders
Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly
Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met
Qualification
Required
Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and testing for CC&B projects
Strong utility industry domain expertise
Experience in test planning and execution
Defect management experience
Stakeholder coordination experience
Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Preferred
Exposure to test automation, including Tosca
