Order Processing Specialist

As an Order Processing Specialist, you will manage order processing, modifications, and complaints while ensuring timely product delivery and handling customer and vendor queries.
Responsibilities
Be able to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels
Work with the shipping department to ensure the product is on time to the customer and relay ship dates to clients
Handle customer/vendor queries
Receive, prioritize, process, and identify incoming orders according to the policy and customer requirements
Reconcile any issues or discrepancies with orders
Communicate delivery updates with the customer/vendor, production, and sales team
Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Sheets
