Responsibilities
Prepare and package written property-level financials, demographics, valuations, and market value reports with certified appraiser oversight
Evaluate and articulate local, regional, and macroeconomic trends
Abstract leases from various asset classes
Work with and combine data from multiple data sources
Analyze lease and sales comparables
Determine the highest and best use and relevant valuation methods for various assets
Work cross-functionally with team members to create accurate and timely appraisals
Okay with localized travel to take photos of the subject property and comparable properties
Qualification
Required
Recent graduation with a bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Basic understanding of commercial real estate and valuation of assets
0-2 years of commercial property valuation, research, or analyst roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other third-party CRE tools such as CoStar preferred
Completed or in-progress Certified-General Appraisal license
Teachable and adaptable; able to work on multiple projects at once
Must be authorized to work in the US
