Lunne is seeking an organized, solutions-oriented traffic manager. The traffic manager will collaborate with the client services team to manage projects and resources, ensuring timely completion and effective communication across teams.

Collaborates with our client services team to intake new client projects
Coordinates estimates and schedules
Identifies necessary creative resources
Prioritizes client needs across teams
Ensures consistent utilization of creative contributors
Aligns project requests with team members’ skill sets
Ensures each project is completed on time
Utilizes Workamajig software to help gather project needs
Manages estimates for consistency and completeness
Monitors creative team capacity
Communicates cross-functionally

Required

Organized, solutions-oriented traffic manager
Collaborates with client services team to intake new client projects
Coordinates estimates and schedules
Identifies necessary creative resources
Prioritizes client needs across teams
Ensures consistent utilization of creative contributors
Aligns project requests with team members' skill sets
Ensures each project is completed on time
Utilizes Workamajig software (internally referred to as CORE)
Ability to work at least two days weekly in either the Dayton, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio, or Charlotte, North Carolina office

Preferred

Education or real-world application of project coordination and staff assignments
Strong written and oral communication skills
Understanding of the workload required to complete common marketing tasks
Superior problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to work under pressure
Sense of humor
Confidence without arrogance
Desire to be part of a small, experienced team committed to having fun while doing great work
