Account Executive (Paid Media, Strategy & Creative Sales)
Chamber Media is growing its sales team and looking for an Account Executive with experience in marketing, advertising, and creative solutions. This role focuses on managing leads and converting them into long-term partnerships through consultative selling and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound leads through consultative selling
Sell paid media services, creative packages, and performance-driven marketing solutions
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, budgets, and growth challenges
Build proposals and recommend strategies aligned with client objectives
Negotiate contracts and close new business
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in advertising, marketing, or media
Working knowledge of paid media (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable managing multiple deals at once in a fast-moving environment
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Preferred
Experience selling creative services, media retainers, or performance marketing is a big plus
