Facilitate CRM database clean-up
Support Director of Sales Services with projects
Research and resolve un-reconciled trades
Perform routine data aggregation requests using Microsoft Excel
Assist associates with the cash/non cash approval and record retention process
Mail or e-mail approved marketing materials and order promotional items
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Interest in Finance, Investments or Business
Ability to build relationships and interact in a professional manner with associates and colleagues in other departments
Positive attitude, enthusiastic team player, and able to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills; exhibits professionalism in all communication
Demonstrated leadership skills and achievement
Ability to work multiple projects at the same time and take on unscheduled projects on short notice
Ability to follow procedures and have a strong attention to detail
Technologically proficient and knowledgeable
Ability to quickly learn technology systems and utilize reporting functions
Comfortable escalating issues to management when required
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or willing to learn
Must be present in the office during assigned in office hours
