InternSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts. They are seeking a Quality Control Micro Intern to provide QC Micro support for the QC Micro Color Group team, focusing on special projects regarding Environmental Monitoring.

Responsibilities
Support the micro group by performing a special project designed to update laboratory procedures
Learn food micro skills in a professional environment. Gain exposure to microbiological techniques in an industrial manufacturing setting
Work independently and as part of a team on a broad variety of projects
Deliver effective and accurate results and meet deadlines
Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Qualification
Required
Must be at a minimum status of a junior level and working toward a four-year degree program in Biology related degree with a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA is required
Good professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and web browsers
Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication
Ability to execute, multi-task and thrive in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with employees across all levels
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Preferred
Previous micro internship experience is preferred but not required
