Interns will work closely with experienced team members, contribute to marketing and sales initiatives, and gain insight into business operations.

Responsibilities
Work creatively and collaboratively to contribute to high-quality marketing initiatives in the insurance industry
Develop marketing materials for producers, ensuring alignment with their needs after meetings and discussions, to support Hilb Group’s marketing and sales strategies
Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist to brainstorm ideas and review ongoing projects
Contribute to diverse projects, including the development of a webinar series, data appending, and social media/digital marketing initiatives
Utilize tools such as Canva and Adobe and apply strong professional written communication skills to create impactful content
Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry and agency operations
Collaborate and network with associates across the organization to support marketing efforts
Engage in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values creativity
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
Preferred
Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
