Responsibilities
Provide program management analysis and administrative support to DTRA J6K leadership and staff
Support development, maintenance, and reporting of the DTRA AI Use Case Inventory, capturing AI initiatives across the agency
Support tracking and curating operational AI and data use cases, user needs, and associated tools
Support capturing, tracking, and coordinating user requests for business applications and tools, including SharePoint sites, dashboards, PowerApps, and related solutions
Support tasker intake and tracking using tools such as ETMS2 and ServiceNow
Support capturing and curating emerging U.S. Government and DTRA policies relevant to AI, data, and digital initiatives
Support acquisition and program management activities, including drafting and reviewing acquisition artifacts and documentation
Track implementation of tasks and milestones aligned with the J6K Implementation Plan
Coordinate and track stakeholder engagements across DTRA, J6, and external mission partners
Collect, analyze, and develop data products supporting J6K measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and indicators
Assist in preparing leadership briefings, reports, SITREPs, training materials, and other written deliverables
Support content management for J6K internal SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites
Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support and execute J6K battle rhythm activities, including meeting coordination and support
Contribute to Monthly Contract Summary Reports, including activity summaries, financial tracking, and Government Property reporting
Qualification
Required
Strong experience providing program management analysis or program support within a DoD or federal environment
Working knowledge of program management and acquisition processes
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, data, and knowledge management concepts and terminology
Strong knowledge of DTRA's missions and organizations
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and organizations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, dashboards, and workflow/task management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level briefings
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience providing program analysis, program management, or administrative support, preferably in a DoD or federal government setting
Active Secret security clearance required, with the ability to maintain the clearance throughout employment
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred
Experience supporting AI, data, IT, or knowledge management initiatives is highly preferred
