Champions the ongoing design, redesign and improvement of operational processes to enhance organization success
Supports clinical, operational, service, and team excellence initiatives as assigned Reports to assigned SVP This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in business, health administration, or a related discipline
Previous work experience within a healthcare field
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Preferred
Masters degree
Knowledge of contemporary healthcare management issues through recent training or appropriate certifications
