Responsibilities
Draft and review a broad range of procurement agreements
Support procurement efforts related to technology, infrastructure, capital equipment, SaaS, and services
Partner closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align contractual terms with business and technical objectives
Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to enable efficient, scalable contracting
Help implement and optimize contract management systems and processes
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including redlines, approvals, and execution
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on procurement and technology agreements
Strong experience negotiating SaaS, hardware, and vendor agreements
Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
Background in high-growth startups or scaling technology companies
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or highly technical environments
Experience implementing or managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
