Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Introduce deals directly to capital allocators and sponsors
Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals
Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
Submit qualified deals through Initio Sphere’s curated intake process
Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, and investment thesis)
Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and sponsors
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing and submitting off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
Ability to introduce deals directly to capital allocators and sponsors
Capability to provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, and investment thesis)
Experience coordinating initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
Ability to support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts and sponsors
Proximity to deal flow as an operator, broker, intermediary, advisor, or highly networked professional
Experience, sourcing credibility, and network access for deal category approval
